I am writing a letter of recommendation in regards to the exceptional buying experience I had with Dragan Vasic. I first met Dragan through a mutual friend and knew I would be in good hands based on his personality and values, as well as many years of experience in the industry.

I was nervous to buy my first place, as most first time homebuyers are, especially making that commitment in a city with above average home prices. Dragan made me feel at ease, meeting with me to discuss my goals and laying out a game plan to achieve them.

After looking at a few places online, I saw the condo that I was really excited about. It had just dropped the price, putting it in my range. Dragan advised me that if I was interested, we need to look at it right away otherwise someone would jump on it. I am glad he did, because there was no doubt it was “the one” after seeing it in person.

That is when Dragan proved his value to me as a home buyer. I believe his expertise in the housing market helped me in negotiating the price of my condo. He researched the recent and current prices of condos in my building. Even after the price drop, he felt there as room for negotiation and we offered 20K under asking price. I believe that because of the analysis and experience on our target offer, we were accepted the next day! On top of that, the process was smooth and stress free. To this day, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else, and am so happy with my condo.
