During my more than 24 year career as a realtor in San Diego County I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of people attain the “American Dream.” I’ve sold everything from small one bedroom condos to multi-million dollar homes overlooking the ocean. My experience and drive have enabled me to build relationships with my clients that are based on more than a commission check. After the sale is complete, I continue to work with my clients to make sure they are secure in their home for years to come. My client’s happiness is and always will be my top priority.
More than once clients have commented on my “tenaciousness” when negotiating on their behalf. More than 75% of my clients come to me through referrals, which shows that my past clients believe in my knowledge and work ethic. It is not by luck or chance that I am so blessed. It is because I work diligently for each client to ensure that your experience when working with me is happy and enlightening.
What separates one Realtor from the next?
Many real estate agents are hard to reach, even during normal business hours. I am NOT one of those realtors. Being a professional realtor takes far more than simply passing a state exam, buying business cards, and holding open houses. To be a true professional you need to know your market, have relationships within the realtor community, and be willing to do the tough work! I will be available to answer your questions when they arise and help you throughout the buying or selling process. From showing houses at odd hours to presenting contracts to agents face-to-face, I will do the tough stuff. You will have an experienced agent that is in your corner, both protecting your best interests and instilling confidence that the decisions you are making are the best for you and your family. I pick up my phone, day or night; I handle your questions and concerns, I am here for you.
When I’m not holding open houses, sending clients the latest properties to hit the market, or tenaciously negotiating a deal, I can usually be found spending time with my big family or my church. I also love to exercise and use yoga to help focus my mind and energy. I also use some of my extra energy to volunteer with the Urban Angels, a fantastic San Diego nonprofit that feeds the homeless.
Every day I feel grateful that I get to put great families in great homes and, of course, make friends for life!
